- Firms with female founders achieved over 30% more turnover growth than those with male only founders - yet only 16% of firms had a female founder
- Firms in Lending, Banking, InsurTech, Money Management and WealthTech enjoy the strongest revenue growth
- More than half of FinTechs had more than one founder; and the more founders, the higher their revenue growth rate

ISDA Survey: Japan’s Derivatives Market Set For Expansion

CFTC: Federal Court Orders California Man And His Company To Pay $9 Million In Restitution And Penalties For Forex Fraud
The Commodity Futures Trading Commission today announced the entry of a consent order in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of California imposing restitution and a civil monetary penalty against Eshaq M. Nawabi, d/b/a/ Nawabi Enterprise, and Hyperion Consulting Inc. The order requires the defendants to pay $4.5 million in restitution to victims of the fraud and a $4.5 million civil monetary penalty.
