Amsterdam Exchanges’ director of trading has decided to suspend trading in De Nederlanden Compagnie until 9.00 a.m. on Monday to give investors sufficient time to read the press releases published by the company.

Admission To Listing On Oslo Stock Exchange
The Primary Capital Certificates of Helgeland Sparebank may be admitted to listing on the Oslo Stock Exchange. This decision is conditional on the production of a satisfactory listing prospectus. The first day for listing is to be determined by the President of the Oslo Stock Exchange, but with the proviso that this must be no later than 14 February 2000.

Niklas Midby New Business Area Head At OM, Stefan Widenfelt New CFO
On February 21 Niklas Midby will take up the position as head of OM's Transaction business area and Executive Vice President of the OM group. The Transaction business area includes the OM Stockholm Exchange, the OM Fixed Income Exchange, the OM London Exchange and OM VPA. His brief will be to lead the strategic and commercial development of OM's transaction related operations. Niklas Midby, who is 40 years old, has been working in the field of investment banking in London for the past 12 years.

The Tel Aviv Stock Exchange Introduces New Opening Schedule
The Tel Aviv Stock Exchange announced that starting Sunday, January 16, the opening of the TA 100 shares will take place at 9:45 a.m. Continuous trading will begin immediately after the opening. The opening for the remaining TASE shares ("Yeter") will take place at 10:15 a.m. and continuous trading will follow. The trading day will end as usual at 3:45 p.m.

Securities Exchange Of Barbados Trading Report January 14, 2000
An aggregate volume of 108,195 shares crossed the floor on January 14 when five securities traded. Grace Kennedy emerged as the volume leader with 82,759 shares, followed by Life of Barbados with 10,000 shares. One security advanced, three traded firm and one declined.
